Default Clutch Drag ?

Hey guys I’m hoping I posted this in the right spot but I just had a question about my 02 Trans Am so probably about four or five months ago I pulled the transmission out and took it to a local shop to have rebuilt due to third and fourth synchronizers being out I replaced the clutch slave cylinder and master cylinder when I reinstalled the transmission but here recently I’ve been noticing The car is getting hard to shift and if I push the clutch to the floor at a stop and push it into first gear it sometimes clunks and the car moves forward just a little bit like the clutch isn’t disengageing completely but other times it acts completely normal or if I push the clutch pedal to the floor really hard like I’m trying to push it through the floorboard it shifts smooth I know this isn’t normal operation but with everything being new I’m questioning what it could be maybe air in the clutch? Any help would be appreciated thanks

Okay so I’ve pretty much narrowed it down to the OEM style master cylinder being a huge pile of dog **** from some research on Ls1 tech my next concern would be is it to late for my synchronizers? I recently ( just within the last few months) had my trans rebuilt so if it needs synchros I’ll honestly be considering selling the car and going back to a a4 car. I’ve noticed that 5th rejects me unless I give it a small rev as I’m pushing it into gear …any advice would help. and on a side not I’ve bled the clutch multiple times and it feels really good not sticking to the floor or anything like that seems to be engaging and disengaging as it should but it’s just dragging

Does anyone have any information on the Holley adjustable clutch master cylinder part number #26-319-200 on Texas speed website? Just wondering if it was worth the money or not

why not the tried and true tick? it uses a Tilton master which id think is as good or better than the holley. its definitely been around much longer and stood the test of time.

i have nothing against the tick just doing some looking around before I buy but words can not tell you how tired I am of this car shifting like crap after all the work that’s went into it and I’m hoping the aftermarket master cylinder will fix it. Also does the tick master come with instructions to bleed? The bleeding process is pretty straight forward but I’ve never bled and adjustable Before so I’m not sure if there needs to be any rod adjustments while bleeding

i have the same tilton master in my 73 wagon that tick uses in theirs and its pretty easy. you just bleed it then adjust it to put the pedal where its supposed to be, im pretty sure tick offers direction on where it should be adjusted to.
