Long story short, I'm refreshing my goddaughter's '02 V6 Camaro. Doing a 5 speed swap on it, and I am having a hell of a time finding a short throw shifter in the more-square F-body shifter-bolt-pattern. Anyone got any leads?

Or better, anyone know if there's something specific that prevents the 3rd gen (83-92, '82 is a 4 speed) Pro 5.0 from working in the 4th gen V6 applications?
