Well, I already bought one but have to wait to install it until the spring a my C5 is in storage. Question is, are they worth the cost? Are they twice as good as any other? Got mine in a Black Friday Sale and paid about 150 off normal retail. Any opinions are welcomed. Thanks.

Every damn one of them shifts the gears so IMO it's just a personal preference. I'm sure you'll get mixed responses on which one is better but as for me I'm okay with shifting gears on the factory shifter and the cost for the Hurst replacement **** for the 4th Gen Fbody is insane..
I have a Hurst Shorty in the car now and it's a notchy nightmare. Second is terrible. I shortened the stock one and didn't like that either. Where are you getting your prices? Are those prices for a Camaro? Tick has a sale on right now. The shifter for my car was $539 dollars! This had better be good. (I hope)

Those were all for short throws in an Fbody car and I didn't know they changed the shifter style for the C5. My oh my those things are quite expensive..

I'm with you! because it's a Corvette it's more expensive? It is a different shifter to be sure. Different mounting points, etc. This is like when I was a kid painting houses. The guy I worked for would charge customers differently according to their income. It didn't sit well with me then either.
