so i got a t56 from a 01 corvette at a really good price. im going to be putting it on a 6.0 and putting it into a 2002 chevy 1500 scsb i know i need a different bell housing but is there any good write ups on the conversion for this like if i need a new tailshaft or anything thanks in advance im new to the t56.

 

You will need several pieces:

GTO output shaft
F Body type front plate
F Body type bell housing
F Body type shift rail
F Body type speedometer reluctor wheel
F Body type offset shift lever
Flat access 4 bolt plate
