Default ram stage 4 910 sucks on street / get better?

I just got my z06 back together, I can take alot as far as streetability, but I've gotta say this ram stage 4 with 910 disk, ram adj. master and new gm slave, ram billet flywheel SUCKS on the street. no doubt it may be an awesome race only clutch and not in any way doubting the ram quality but I think I chose the wrong clutch for ANY street driving.

Will a clutch eventually pull out easier after breaking it in? hopefully after 500 miles or so it pulls out better. I am not referring to heavy pedal pressure but just the way the car pulls out, it takes ALOT of finess to pull out.
I let my buddy try it and he couldn't even pull out without stalling...

I have the 910 as well and it is harder to drive on the street but i think it's fine. I haven't stalled it yet. This is a clutch that is 90% race track and only about 10% street. With this clutch you need to make sure that you don't ride it at all, you can burn it up pretty quickly! The Ram 980 is there street clutch. I have sold alot of 980's and everyone is very happy with them. I always ask them what they're car is MAINLY used for before I tell them which clutch I recommend.

its a bit more than the average persons used to if they never driven a car w/ a clutch like this but once you get used to it it's not all that bad. It was a bit much at first but a big thing that made it easier was a set off 4.11's.

It will get easier when it breaks in, at least mine did. Not only that, but as you get used to it you won't even notice it anymore.. Possibly could have went with a little bit less clutch though with your setup

Peace,
Josh

It will get somwhat better as it breaks in, and so will you at driving it. A little more RPM on takeoff and getting used to that and the correct amount of pedal will have you making smoother transitions.

I used to drive our 6 pad metallic on the street and it would chatter like a ****** if you let it out too low. Got used to it and it was fine.
