3rd gear problems...

3rd gear problems... Sometimes when i shift into 3rd gear it'll kick out right away regardless of how much throttle, or if i powershift all it will do is grind and not go in. it started after about 12 track passes all with powershifting...

syncros are gone, or the shift forks are totally bent to ****. There isn't a recall, but in Alldata, there is lots of late model f-body's with bad third gear shift forks, like they were bent improperly from the factory, i'd start by pulling the tranny, and stop power shifting 
Don't wate you time or money on any shifter. If you want to power shift( not use the clutch) resolve to spending bucks regularly rebuilding the trans. No synchronized trans will survive that abuse. Get an automatic for that kind of duty cycle.
