WOT Grind in 2nd and 3rd
WOT Grind in 2nd and 3rd We finally got some cooler air in Houston this past week, so I decided it was time to take the car back to the track. I made 3 passes with everything fine. On the 4 and 5th runs, doing the 1-2 shift and 2-3 shift, it grinded going into each gear. The car has never done this before. Normal driving is fine, no hang-ups whatsoever. Just WOT. Did the same thing on the street the other day.
Now, I done some searches and I'm stuck between the problem being the master/slave cylinder and/or the synchros being bad. The clutch is a Z06 that the dealer replaced under warranty, but I'm not 100% if they also upgraded the slave at the time.
Any thoughts or direction? Thanks!

I'd check to make sure the shift stops haven't moved & adjusted right. They have a tendancy to move over time. Sounds like your not getting all the way into gear when your letting the clutch out, next you will be popping out of gear. The shift stops are under the rubber shift boot.-Fred
