Breaking in Spec 3

Breaking in Spec 3 Just got the T/A back from AMS yesterday afternoon, they installed a new clutch and +01 hydraulics after my stock clutch got sunk(in oil, long story). I knew going into this that it wasn't going to be like the stock clutch, so I was prepared for some issues. However the bucking of the car taking off in first, the first time...caught me off guard 
After having put about 50 miles on it so far, most of which are residential, its somewhat calmed down. I've also found her sweet spot where I have just enough rpm's to negate the chatter for the most part. Keeping my foot off the gas after not having my car for two weeks has been quite a trying task, however I've been successful thus far.
The clutch grabs like crazy. Can't wait til I can abuse her a little. A little later on in the break-in I plan on doing a few mid-rpm launches to help cure the chatter, I figure that will help seat everything nicely. Thus far I am very happy with the clutch. Only expect this to get better.
Only question being, how long should I wait to do some launches? Don't want to do anything that will neccessitate another clutch in 5k miles
