clutch grinding in first help!

clutch grinding in first help! I bought a used mitsubishi galant 5 speed. Had some trouble with the clutch. Took it to a mechanic to see if it could be adjusted. It was burnt. Had a new one put in. Bled it. wouldnt shift. Put in a new slave cylinder, master cylinder and fork. Now it just grinds going into first and reverse. I have to shut the car off to get it into first. It will go into all other gears. Please help!
