Help with what clutch to get... and where to get it installed for close to the price im going to buy it for.
I was looking at the Spec Stage 1. i plan on later doing some mild power adders, and eventually a pro charger. I currently, only have a Loudmouth and Lid on my car...
heres a link to what i was going to buy....if i buy this, do i take what i get in the mail and go to my local speed shop and say here, install this on my car?
also... im changing the clutch because at high rpm's it just slips real bad, i think the girl who owned it before me couldnt shift real well and rode the clutch some....it only has 39k miles on it, so i guess i'll get the flywheel resurfaced aswell. should be a one day job. correct?

If you're planning on modding the car a little bit later on I would go with a least the stage 2 clutch if not the stage 3. I got the stage 2 and its a great clutch. Where are you from? F-body Motorsports is who I had install my clutch, they charged 300 bucks if I remember correctly.
theres no way i would go with less than a stage 3. people report stock feel after the break-in period and its way strong enough for plenty-o-modding. it will prolly stand up to even your supercharger if you get it. i plan on puttin bolt-ons and a big cam in my car and i'll prolly be swapping to a spec 3 pretty soon. 99% of the people in the manual trans forum who have spec 3's love them, even on stock cars.
