Spec 3i Help!!! Vibration

Spec 3i Help!!! Vibration Just installed the 3i with new billet steel flywheel, have about 400 or so miles of stop and go driving on it and no track passes on it. Problem im having is the entire car starts to vibrate really bad when in 2nd gear above 2k rpm. Anybody with this problem, please let me know if so and how to fix. 
Sounds like it is just rpm related,not gear or speed reelated.
Here is a few problems I've seen that might cause this.
Out of balance clutch assembly -highly doubt it.
Improper install -very important to torque all clutch parts properly.
ussing stock resurfaced flywheel that wasn't balanced after resurfacing.

I too have a spec 3 and mines doing the same thing, but its not new its got about 15k or so on it and i just noticed it tonight. Its more when i punch it in secound from about 2000 rpms anything above that is fine. Any ideas?

Mine is shaking like crazy usually around 60mph and up in 5th or 6th. But it is worse in 6th than 5th. Around 80 in 6th it gets where I don't even want to drive it anymore. But driving around town it seems fine. When I rev it it doesn't seem to do it either.
