Shift **** Questions

Where can I get a T-handle shift **** to fit a Ripper shifter?

Also, what is the difference between the MBA 2" and 2.25" shifter *****? I am looking at getting one of them and I just want whatever is closer to stock I guess

The difference is one is .25" smaller then the other one .

And here's a really dumb question, how do I get the stock ball off the shifter? Mine just spins and spins. Does this mean something is stripped? Is it supposed to just twist off?

Forgive my ignorance on this subject.
