How hard is it?
How hard is it? I am going to do be doing some good power mods coming up, and i would like to build up my drivetrain to avoid any inconviences and traction problems. I am thinking of going with the SPEC stage 3 clutch, how hard is it to change out a clutch? and do i need an alluminum flywheel? other mods that will be coming b4 the f/i or nitrous would be cam (TR 224/224 114lsa), headers (QTP), custom y-pipe with cutouts b4 the cats. That should put me almost to 400rwhp i have been told, so would i need to do the clutch b4 i do these mods, can mine hold up?

Looking at what you have planned, it'd be smart to put a good clutch in now. The Spec Stg3 is a good choice; an aluminum flywheel isn't a necessity.
As far as changing the clutch yourself... depends on how comfortable/experienced you are with working on your car. It essentially involves removing and replacing the transmission and can be a bit of a pain if you're doing it on jackstands.
