Default installing Spec 3 what else to change

Im putting in a Spec 3 pretty soon.. I was just wondering if there is anything else I should change while Im in there. Like the though out bearing or anything like that.. Im just going to resurface my fly wheel as long as it looks ok.

If you have a pre 2001 car, I'd swap out all of the outdated hydraulic clutch components. While you're in there, do the throwout bearing and the pilot bearing, too, unless they are close to brand new. A while back, SLP was selling new stock iron flywheels for $100 bucks. If they have them, just pick up a new one. I've heard some stories about the SPEC 3's not liking resurfaced flywheels, but I cannot substantiate that...only what I've read here.

You can also get a GM flywheel for about $70 shipped from ebay. While you're in there, I'd change out the hydraulics, pilot bearing and throwout bearing. When you go to install everything back up, be sure to sand down the dowels on the bellhousing that way it'll be easier to take off in the future. And put some anti-seize on them too.

I would be prepared for an updated Master Cylinder, and preform the drill mod on it. The Specs like that. Without that the pedal will begin sticking on the floor at high RPM's. Put a new Slave unit in, it's worth doing while you are in there.

Definately change the pilot bearing. The guy i bought my car from didn't change it and it ended up falling apart and chewing up my input shaft, which is a $250 part.
