Default Clutch torque specs

My trans is going back in tonight, I found the flywheel torque is 74ftlbs and the pressure plate is 52ftlbs. I have a Spec stage 3, am I ok to torque it to these specs. I remember being told a crazy sequential torqueing procedure for this clutch but wonder if it really makes a difference.

Torque both the PP anf FW like a six lug wheel. Start the FW at about 20 LB/Ft and work up to 74. Start the PP about 25LB/Ft and work up.
