If the flywheel is going to be Zero or "neutral "balanced it must be on a true internally balanced crank and then spun. The reason I say true is that the LT1 is suppose to be a internally balanced engine but the flywheel and the plexplate on these have a counterweight, however the harmonic balancer on the front is zero balanced. I got into this issure when SLP sold me a steel flywheel that they said was zero balanced. When I put it in my new 383 it viberated like a MFer. I had to pull it back out and take it to get it balanced. Of coares this came after some research
