Problem...is it the pro5.0 or POS tranny Note : This never happend prior to having a pro5.0
Sometimes when i go to put the car into reverse it doesnt want to go over into the reverse forks. I have to put the shifter into 6th...then go into reverse. Other times it will go into reverse...feel like it has fully engaged...then i go to back up and I grind freaking gears. There has been times i had to row through all 6 gears to get it to go into reverse. I NEVER had this problem prior to installing my pro5.0. and reverse seems like a weird gear to lose a synchro in.
any ideas?

Mabey the shifter made the reverse problem more obvious?
I dealt with the same issue with the reverse gear on my 97 Z. It acted up like that no matter which shifter was on it. Try putting the stock shifter back in and see if that helps. Then you can blame the pro 5.0.
