Spec stg. 2 blasted chatter !! I got a Spec 2 and billet steel flywheel, new hydraulics, throwout bearing, everything, all new. Have been breaking this clutch in almost 500 miles now, and it STILL chatters like a complete beotch !! Will it ever quit chattering or are these just a POS clutch?
I don't know of anything that could have been done wrong in the install, all surfaces were clean and all parts were new....

Update !
well Spec instructions said to break in for at least 450 miles, so today, with 486 miles on the new clutch, I let it have it ! I did a couple 4000 RPM dumps, and then beat on it some more. That took care of it. Happy to say the chatter is barely there at all now!
I got a pro 5.0 w /lou's short stick on the way, so I'll be ready raise some hell on it now!
