I'm getting ready to change the fluid in my M6 and was wondering what everyone else is using...

what about Royal Purple, on speed channel they picked up like 3rwhp when they switched to that in a old MOPAR

Around what mileage should you consider changing the fluid? I've only got about 16k on mine right now, so I'm guessing it's probably not due yet.
