Rebuilding a clutch

I installed this clutch in 2/2002. Last year I thought that I was having a problem with it, but I just replaced the flywheel, the original stock had been re-surfaced twice. I am in the process of rebuilding the tranny now so I thought it was a good time to go ahead and have the clutch rebuilt. It had gotten to the point where it did chatter a good bit, but this disk and pp have around 45K miles on it now. It probably has around 100 passes on it also. The past two years I have been driving the car about 1200 miles a week, mostly highway.
I'm thinking of just going back to the 402/6130 again when I need one with a re-surfaced stock flywheel and having the PP and flywheel zero balanced. I don't know why others don't run the 402/6130
