In the package, you should have some hoses, and some different sized "tips" that go on the end of the hose. There are a few cone shaped tips, put it on the end of the hose, take off the master cylinder cap, and stick the tip of the mityvac into the hole at the bottom of the master cylinder. Be sure to have some fluid in the mityvac line before you start pumping so you won't get air in the system when you release the pressure. Once you have the tip in the hole, make sure you have a good seal at the bottom, (pushing the tip into the hole should be enough) then start pumping the mityvac. You will see some bubbles get sucked into the line, this is the air you're trying to get out of the system. Keep the mityvac pressure at about 20-25 until you don't see anymore bubbles getting sucked out (could take a while). After the bubbles stop coming out, you're done. Release the pressure from the mityvac, and tighten the master cylinder cap. You can also repeat this a few days later, or after driving the car around for a while since this will knock some air pockets around in the system. Hope this helps.
