Help, new to M6s have ????

Help, new to M6s have ???? I dont know how to better explain this but at times my car just does not want me to put it into first or second gear. Once you get the car moving it seems to be better but still is really rough transitioning into gears.
Example:
Ill be at a stop light, put it into nuetral and let the clutch out. When I push the clutch back in and go to put the transmission into 2nd gear its F***ing impossible, try putting it up into first gear and its rough as hell getting it into gear. Then its pretty smooth sailing after that.
Sorry for the long post, just let me know what you guys think is the issue and what i should do about it.
* good thing i bought that extended warranty, its going to pay for itself if GM gets to put a new t56 in there for me.
