Spec Stage 4 and Flywheel

Hey guys,
Is it absolutely necessary to use the spec billet flywheel with the spec stage 4 clutch?

You can use the stock flywheel. I did.

May need to have it resurfaced. $50 at a local machine shop

You'll need to make sure the flywheel won't be too thin after the resurface. Also look for cracks on the flywheel. You don't want the thing shattering and comming apart at 6000 RPMs; it would really really really suck.
