Shift Selector Assembly pics?
Does anybody have any pics of the shift selector assembly the way its suppose to be setup?
I am finally putting the transmission back together but not to sure if the shift selector is setup correctly. I have the case on with all the gears in place etc and went through the gears. I can hit all of them but want to make sure that its setup correctly before I drop it in.
Thanks!
Frank

Here are the pics.
So basically the shift selector and plate interlock align with the slots in the 3-4 and 1-2 shift links and the 5-6 and reverse shift rail levers.
With the case on, but not bolted, I ran through the gears and I was able to hit all of them no problem. Just trying to confirm.
Thanks for any help.

Thanks Calhoon.
I had the manual but really didn't find clear pics/diagrams.
What fluid would you recommend? I replaced all the blocker rings with CF rings. I asked the shop that I bought the parts from what gear fluid to use and they recommended 50% Mobil 1 30W and 50% ATF. Any thoughts?

If you're talking about a 30w engine oil / ATF mix get a new shop because they are fools. If you must have a synthetic use a Mobil 1 ATF but a good quality non-synthetic DexIII spec ATF oil will work fine( save some $)
I hope you also replaced the 3/4 fork with the iron part. If you still want pics. Email me.

I understood 30W transmission oil and have ran across 30W tranny oil, just not Mobil 1 syn. . I am having a hard time finding Mobil 1 transmission fluid period. I am using non-syn. Dex III ATF to clean and lube the parts.
The wife and I will be assembling it throughout the week and hopefully install it this weekend.
