Weird Sound PLease HELP!!
Weird Sound PLease HELP!! Yesterday after just starting my car I went to pull out of my parking place and heard a weird sound. I was a little worried about it because I just put in a cam and valve springs etc. about two months ago. This morning after driving the car about 45 minutes, on a down shift when letting out on the clutch pedal I heard the same noise and felt it through the pedal. The noise I guess sounds like a spring that lets loose(cling) sound. It was pretty loud but I have no idea what it could be. Also, the car is a 02 WS6 M6 with only 8000 miles??? Any suggestions, and do you think I need to worry??

Some more information would be useful on where and when it happens. For example, pump the pedal a few times with the car idling in the driveway and see if you can feel what is mechanically going on. If you feel something through the pedal sounds like there is a piece that is definately wrong...have it inspected for proper fitment from a pro would be my suggestion.
