I have a pro 5.0 in my car, the side springs are softer, but I feel it aids in the 2-3 shift. There's no notchy feel, and with the stops, I can slam the shifter without worrying about an overshift, and it lets you know when it's in gear too, you can feel the shifter hit the stop.

Shortened 5.0 feels the best to me.

I'd look at a Pro 5.0 if I found some one with one installed. Otherwise I'll stick with my short stick hurst for the time being.

I put my Pro 50 in about 2 hours ago with a Lous short stick and love it.
