lt1 t56 problem

lt1 t56 problem Ok, I put a new single disk mcCloud clutch, press. plate and t/o bearing in a friend of mine's car. the problem is it won't disengage.....at first he thought it was weak hyds. so I changed the master and slave cylinders with new stuff and it didn't fix the problem.
so now I thinking its a bent clutch fork....... i've change prolly 15 lt1 clutchs and I have never had this problem with a lt1 car.
has anyone had this problem or have any ideas on what esle it might be?
i'm pulling the tranny for the thrid time tommorrow.
any help is appreciated
