Won't shift into gears!!??? 99 Camaro 6speed, Spec 3 clutch & B&M shifter.
We drove through a couple hours of very harsh stop & go traffic than stopped for a while, when we restarted it and tried to go into gear and it wouldn't go into gear at all.
Clutch fluid level was fine, not leaking anywhere, and clutch pedal was still firm and not sticking, just would not go into gear.
We turned off car, removed clutch reservoir cap, plumped clutch a few times, restart and than it went into gear fine with no grinding or pedal pressure loss, this happened on and off on the way home and since.
We have completely bleed the clutch multiple times (which seemed to take out some air and sludge) now the fluid hasn't lost a drop and is clean.
Today we replaced the master cylinder with hydraulic line with a stock gm replacment(which was pre-bled) but still having the same problem.
-It will not go into gear once you turn it on no matter what you do, like it is locked or something, cannot even grind it into gear
-if you turn it off, pump clutch a few times, turn it back on, than sometimes it will go into gear fine, and you will be able to drive, but is very random
-or you can start it in gear and get going that way
Any advice???? should I be trying to change the slave next? P.S. THE DRILL MOD IS NOT DONE ON THIS CAR

Yes it was a stock master replacement, and from my impression if the master already came fully bench bled with full fluid, there should have been no need to re-bleed it or even remove the reservoir cap to screw with the pressure.
So I guess we will try the slave next!
