Default Shifter Install
To install a Pro 5.0 would I have to take apart the center console, or could I do it by just taking out the boot?? Thanks.

You have to take out the entire center console to remoce the rubber dust boot. Check out installuniversity.com for procedures on how to install it. Note, be sure you don't use the stock 13 mm bolts or you will strip the threads. I figued this out the hard way. Damn, used shifter without bolts!
