When I'm really puttin my foot in it and I noitced its hard to get the car out of gear and then in to the next gear. Specially on 2nd to 3rd? I'm driving under normal conditions though I don't have this problem. I think it might be my syncros but I'm not sure since this is my first manual car. I've never changed my transmition fluid also, and the car has 39,000 on it. Any ideas?

 

Sounds like u r trying to push it out of gear before you engage the clutch...?
