CarTek Anyone had any experience with CarTek ( New Jersey). I paid for and ordered a new clutch several months ago. I still haven't received the clutch. When I call I am assured that the clutch has been shipped, however no one can tell me who the clutch was shipped with ( tracking #). I'm starting to get a bad feeling!
cartek is a very good company. Just spoiled. They are spoiled in thinking that everyone HAS TO deal with them because they are THE BEST.

I would demand a receipt number from the company they shipped with and track it down that way. Several months and no clutch?
Do this.. call them up.. act like you are a NEW customer and ask if their new clutches are on backorder? That will solve that issue.
