Spec Clutch?

Spec Clutch? So... I'm getting my Transmission Rebuilt; you know on my Z28 that has yet to run decent since I bought it (2 weeks ago).. Anyways, obviously its a good time to get a new clutch, especially since right before I took out the Transmission, I noticed that barely any power was going to the wheels. So... 
sorry... ok, I dropped it off at a Transmission Specialist, and he asked me what clutch I was going to get, I told him that I had ordered the Z06 Clutch, and he laughed saying that its not a bad clutch but its still pretty stock for the mostpart. He recommended a Spec Clutch, advising that he had installed a RAM clutch and it went out after 1500 miles. I tried to read the forums but everybody is so wishy washy on what to get, I wanted to get feedback on Spec Stage II owners, I would go with Stage I, but II says that it has a chatter-free disc -- sounds intrigueing... Anyways, before I purchase a new clutch assembly. Lemme know what you guys think about Spec (only peeps who have dealt with this clutch) And once I get a clutch installed we will be 
it up and it up while speeding like a

i put in a spec 3 about 1k miles ago. the chatter for the most part is gone. my goal is to have about 450rwhp so the stage 3 was a good choice for me.

I just installed a Stg III and the chatter is gone and feels great. You should just get a StgIII and be done with it. The added security of a performance clutch will stop the guilt of messing around with the car and having to worry about f' the clutch up.
My Spec3 lasted 12k without one day at the track and at the time ez driving. I was told by a lot of people that 12k was good. I don't know about you but changing a clutch once a year is bullshit. lol. I got a Ram Powergrip now.
