im having my slave cylinder replaced and decided to upgrade clutch/flywheel while its apart, i should have the flywheel and pressure plate balanced together,right? my car is bone stock and dont have any,major plans as of now but i figured i should go ahead and upgrade. any imput is apreciated.

Actually, the LS6 clutch kit can be had from Scoggy
Dicken for ~$360 (PP, clutch, and flywheel). Your new slave comes with the T/O bearing, so you wont need one of those.
