Hydraulic Bleed/Flush
Hydraulic Bleed/Flush OK, I know I am getting close to needing a clutch. However, I can't help but think that part of my problems stem from the nasty black fluid in my clutch reservoir. What's the best way to flush out the hydraulic system?
Now for a really dumb question...Where is the bleed valve? I looked last night and didn't see anything. Granted it was getting dark when I was looking. I'm new to working with manual trannys so please be gentle.
As far as bleeding I plan on picking up a MightyVac. I just figured I'd start out doing the traditional bleeding with the bleeder valve.
Is it possible to do the drill mod without removing the MC? Which end of the line is the restriction in? The MC side or the side that connects to the slave at the trans? If it's at the MC then my question is already answered.
