need help with new clutch I installed a LUK clutch kit in my 02 ws6. It was the factory replacement kit. pilot bearing, throw out bearing, disk, flywheel and pressure plate. I installed and torqued everything to spec. I broke it in for 2k miles. Never above 3k on the tach. all easy daily driving. After I drove the way I usually do, max out the gear before shifting. I took it the track once for about 5 passes too. It now has about 5k on the set up. The problem I am having is when I press in the clutch and rewv the the motor to make some noise and then let the clutch back out the pedle doesnt come up all the way. A quick pump or 2 of the clutch pedal will fix it. Could this be a hydraulics problem. The car has only 36k on it and has always been maintained.
