Speedometer after conversion help!
Speedometer after conversion help! Alright, got the car running and everything is working great. Love the proshifted transmission! I've been DD'ing it to work and back, about 35 miles a day. Anyway, only problem I'm having is that my automatic speedometer plug won't fit in my manual tranny. I have a manual tranny plug, I just need to know how to wire it into the automatic wires to make it work. In other words, what do I splice together?

I think you need the T-56 VSS plug end. Is your PCM programmed for the T-56 now? Is the CAGS & the reverse lock out solenoids hooked up? Reverse light switch also? Do you have the convertion wiring harness in there, I guess you converted it?
I have a t-56 VSS plug end, I just don't know how to splice the existing automatic wires into that plug end. The PCM is still programed for an automatic, I haven't taken it to have it flashed, but everything runs fine. I'll have to ask my buddy who did a lot of the work weather the CAGS and reverse lock out are hooked up.

It is in the A4-M6 sticky. It is the same VSS wires for the auto that need to be plugged back into the T56 (may need to extend the wires a bit). You will need to have your PCM flashed in order for it to read correctly.
