Default *updated* Weird Clutch ?

ok just installed a new spec3 under warranty (this is my 3rd).. everything is fine, my probleam is if i wanted to i cant hit the gears hard. I bleed the air in the line already. also my engament point is not strong, but it has changed its now like right off the floor which doesnt make sense since i have a adj master that has been setup fine for 2 spec stage 3 clutchs and theres about 1inch of play before u start to feel the clucth when u press the pedal.

please help me out. thanks guys

How did you bleed it? pump-pump-pump-pump(x18)-hold in / crack the bleeder / close the bleeder / let the pedal out?

If you did that, then it should be properly bled.

Is the pedal resting in the 'right spot'? Lightly resting against the switches/stop at the top of the travel? If not, then you'd need to make your master adjustable (or get an adjustable one).

Sounds almost like there's air in the line, tho.

Sticking to the floor while bleeding is normal. Hold on the floor, crack it / close it, then pull it up off the floor. When you pull it off the floor, that's when it draws fluid in to the system from the reservoir (to replace the air and/or fluid that got bled out. The next time, it should be firmer.

I had a hell of a time getting the air out of my system, I used a mighty vac and pumped it as high as i could and finally got the air out. If you disconnect the quick connect at the slave and then push the pedal it should be rock hard with no travel. If you can still depress it either you have air in the master or line or the master is shot. I drove my car for a week and still got air out and it finally fixed it.

Sounds like there's still air in the system somewhere. The inch before you feel the clutch, and the engaging right off the floor, are both indicators of air in the hydraulics. I have tried the MityVac reverse / bench bleeding methods, and they didn't work for me. All I did was make a helluva mess. Still sounds like it needs more bleeding work.
