Help!!! Problem going into gears Hey All
Lately when i shift at high RPM, it seems that my tranny is taking a while to catch up- I palce the shifter into the gear, and i can feel the tranny "clicking" or "moving" to allow the gear to engage. No noise- just waiting for the gears to take their place. Air in the system? I know same thing happens to my friends when his tranny gets hot, but this has been going to for about 24 hours (allowed overnight cooldown) Any suggestions?
-Note: Fine from 1,000-3,000 RPM; just at the higher RPMs

Sounds like your clutch is starting to go. The clicking you're feeling is most likely the teeth on the synchos. Check the clutch fluid level and condition of the fluid. Bleed it if necessary. Usually you'll see LS1 clutch problems at high RPM with them not releasing. There's a couple of TSBs out there for corvettes and F-bodies that address this.
