engagement inconsistant?

engagement inconsistant?
its hardly ever in the same place. the pedal and get mushy then come back harder than ever. it moves all over. will do so many times. ive bled it several times and it doesnt get any better. btw its all new, slave, mcleod master, mcleod single disc. also did the drill mod. any ideas?

the new mcleod masters have been doing this! I am lucky i got one made 4 years ago it works great! but there must be a quality control issue over there at mcleod right now.

Unfortunately I have had this problem with my Bro-in-laws 99 SS. The way these units are set up it is nearly impossible to bleed the air out. I did find out however that the bolt that holds the braided steel hose at the clutch mastercyclinder end was loose allowing air to enter into the line. Of course I found this out after I got pissed and replaced it with the new GM part number that replaced the earlier troubled factory units. Once I got that banjo bolt tightend down and rebled the unit on the bench it seemed find. My advice would be to check that bolt to make sure it is tight.
