Default Trans is grinding!!!!!!!!!!
Not to long ago my trans started to grind in 3rd gear when i was at low RPM's, not that big of a deal in my mind now 3rd gear grinds waaaaay to offten for my likings and now 5th is starting to grind to......

How screwed am and what is it going to cost me???

500hp with spray, spec stage 3..... 45000 miles on the car

Is your clutch engaging all the way? If its only in that gear, sounds like time for a rebuild. Cost varies in different parts of the country. I get screwed in all occasions.
