clutch/hydrolics/tranny problem??

clutch/hydrolics/tranny problem?? When I first start driving the car, for mabye the first 20-30 minutes, the clutch pedal has some play(2-3inches) in it before I feel pressure. As the car gets driven hard and warmed up, there is pressure in the pedal right away. The hydrolic line blew and I had to have the car towed to the dealer, and they had it fixed under warranty. I'm not sure if that has something to do with the problem. Also, when your sitting still, it is easy to jam the shifter quickly into any gear, but when your moving, especially trying to shift fast at high rpm( above 5,000) it is really hard to shift quick into 3rd gear, or any gear for that matter. It is just really notchy and not smooth going into gear. Would the drill out mod solve this, or is there something wrong w/ the slave/master? The clutch is still fine, as I have no problem barking 3rd gear.
Re: clutch/hydrolics/tranny problem?? I just had this same problem recently. You need to bleed the slave cylinder some more.Once I did that the "cold/free play problem was gone
