Default Those with a SPEC flywheel....

Just a FYI....

I had my balance weight come off last weekend, and of course I thought I blew the engine up at first!

Anyway, my point is that it appears that there was only one bolt holding my weight on (only one came out of the bellhousing when I took it apart), but there are 3 holes for bolts. Also, there is no evidence of any kind of threadlocker used on it.

Just wanted to let everyone know, so that you can check it out before it gets installed.

BTW: Anyone know how many bolts are supposed to be holding that weight on?!?!?

There are 6 bolts holding the fly wheel to the crank and 6 bolts holding the pressure plate to the fly wheel.

That's obvious..re-read my post. I was talking about the balance weight that bolts to the BACK of the FLYWHEEL.

FYI: There are supposed to be three, but I only ended up finding 2 in the bellhousing.
