I have a spec 3 with the steel fly wheel, no chatter, great engaugement, and performs wonderfully under the power I have. This thing isn't hard to drive at all.

No chatter, no noise, no vibs, nothing but pure smooth engagement. The clutch disk is made from different material. go to specclutchs.com it gives the specifics

The best place to get it is tbryne.com. 513.00 shipped comes with new pilot bearing, new throwout bearing, clutch plate and disk, and shim. shipping and quality is outstanding.

Max, I have mentioned my willingness to examine the parts for you in more than one thread. Though it seems that you are happier to simply post negatively about the parts rather than accept my offer to assist you. The ball is in your court...just let me know what you decide. Thanks,

I dont have time right now but the clutch will be coming out next month.

I have a full time job and dont have time to just pull my trans out every week.

next month I plan on having some spare time and ill be sure to PM you when it is out.

The clutch shifts like butter under 5k, and the driveabilty is decnt to.. But above 5k rpms I feel the same " lockout " as rob69zombie has.

You may want to check out his most recent post. If you are using similar parts for the slave and master then this may be relative!

glad it worked out for him, but thats cause he bought another master and didnt notice they were different. Diffrent story for me. My master is stock, and worked perfect before I swapped in the spec.

I had high RPM shifting issues when my hydraulics were not properly bled but after bleeding w/the remote bleeder I can easily shift at close to 6,800 rpm (New GM Slave and Ram adj. MC). No noise, very little chatter, and has a firmer pedal feel compared to LS6 and LS7 clutches I have driven.

Hoping to take it to the track soon to test it out w/some ET's streets.
