Default spec stage 3

I have a spec satge 3 clutch to put in my 2000 Z28. What all will I have to do to make this clutch work the best in my car? I heard i have to get a new master cylinder, and a few other upgrades. Im not sure what it all is. Thanx.

yes you will need to replace your hydrolics in your 2000 to an 2001 or later slave and master . Are you putting the clutch in?? If so make sure you replace the pilot bearing and make sure your flywheel is not in need of a turn or just replace it . if you have the funds. The spec 3 is a good clutch in my eyes

you dont have to change the master, I didnt... I'm still breaking in my spec 3, but it feels good. Its a little stronger than the stock clutch, but it wont kill your leg. I opted for the aluminum flywheel also, I'd go with one. Get a new slave though.

I do have a new billet steel flywheel to go with it. My friend has a stage 3 in his car ansd i really like how it feels. He has about 440 hp to the wheels and it holds strong.
