Which Clutch?? RAM or McLeod??
-Dave
Let's see here. Many, many,6400rpm dumps on slicks..no clutch slippage. Hotlapped the car back to back about five times in a row within minutes of each other and the clutch still never slipped but the brakes started to fade..lol.
I pulled the Kevlar disk that I had in there for over a year, 15k miles and with 300-400+ launches on it and looked like it wasn't really even half worn compared to the new Kevlar disk I put in. I'm still using the same old flywheel and pressure too.
I don't have any experiences with the RAM yet but the McLeod is a proven winner for sure with the adj master.

what is the difference b/w the rev-lock and the reg mcloud unit? i am getting mine soon.

The rev-lok setups uses a moddified stock pressure plate and a sinterted iron disk. The regular mcleod single disk uses their own pressure plate with the option of the organic/organic disk (standard) or the kevlar/organic disk (optional). Make sure you get the optional disk. I went through 2 org./org. disks before I wised up and purchased the kev/org. version.

All I can say is that don't run this clutch with a 10-bolt LOL
I also ran the same clutch as Smokeur50 for 22K miles and it looked new when I took it out That was the clutch I had when I went 10.83 @ 129 on the NAWS
