OPTIONS

1 White Hurst ball
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Hurst...spagenameZWDVW
2 Black Hurst ball

3 Hurst Stock
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Hurst...spagenameZWDVW
4 Hurst Pistol Grip
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Hurst...spagenameZWDVW
5 B&M Tee Handle
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/CHEVY...spagenameZWDVW

I have a Momo **** on my Pro 5.0 that i got from http://www.sportscaraccessories.com/shift_knobs.html
If you go with the pistol grip type it will be more comfortable if you bend the stick, at least it is for me

The hole is a bit small for the 5.0 stick but a few minutes with an air grinder made it fit

I have the SLP **** that looks exactly like the Hurst stock ****, and I absolutly love it. I hate hate hate ball shifters, and the shape of the SLP/Hurst just fits right into your hand.

The T handles suck IMO. They're not bad on an auto but suck on a stick car. The ball shifters are nice if you have big hands because the ball is bigger than the leather factory ****.

#3, looks like the one in my car, I like it. I'm guessing mine is the stock (hurst?) shifter. It has an H on it and I've heard the later years had a hurst shifter stock.

I saw an old fashioned Hust T-Handle on the web at the WS6 Store. It looks a lot better than the new version of the T you pictured. It's better suited to longer shifters, but I always liked it. Of the ones you showed, I like the Pistol Grip. I still the "H" **** the came with my T/A, though.

If you go this route, they're selling whats left of MBAs stock. They really only have 2" and 2 1/4" *****. IMO they're too small. Ive got the 2" and while it looks great, its just a tad too small. Its not unbearable its just a little annoying with larger hands not being able to get a "perfect" grip.

And you should definately hit them up with an email before hand. Just to make sure they have the **** you want in stock.

Out of the options you listed, hurst white ball. Cant go wrong with a classic look.

I have an MBA Aluminum with "SS" engraved on it. I liked it alot, but it got unbearably hot in the summer. I bought a Delrin C5-R style **** from JasonD just to try out. It hasn't left the car yet. Very nice.

I vote #3, stock ****, or look at a leather wrapped Z28 shift ****, like what came stock on LT1 cars.

Can you post how I can get one of these (or PM me if it would offend sponsors)?? Did you have a choice of black or white? Is it much lighter than all of the other leather/billet/plastic ***** out there? About how much? BTW, I have a charcoal suede Sparco "anatomic grip" **** on there now, but I do not like the three allen screw fastening system, and it's stating to wear out. Other than that the grip is great!
