Another Spec exploded...
i had a spec 3 that couldnt handle 440ish rwhp, it was toast at 5k miles. my stock one lasted longer than that and held up better. its bs
thanks. as soon as my insurance makes or breaks me, i'll post the pictures.
Clutches don't just explode and we still have seen no trend to this.
Nothing has changed on our end for 6 years. Re-using old bolts, continueing
to drive on them when slipping, and many other things non-clutch related and
cause that. We still do not even have any calls about this occurrence.

so from what he is saying is a slipping clutch at 5k miles that has never been launched on or ridden hard is not a clutch problem...so a slipping clutch rules out a clutch problem
