Another T56 2nd gear problem

Another T56 2nd gear problem I have recently rebuilt my T56 due to 2nd gear popping out. I replaced the
1-2 shift fork all of the shift fork pads, the synchro keys and friction rings and hoops as well. Now the tranny wont go into 2nd gear or grind or anything. Every once and while I can massage it in while siitng at idle and it stays just fine. But it seems like the something is stopping it from going in. Any ideas as to what is wrong. Blocker ring or gear????????????

The gear looked fine, after the first few times it started grinding I stopped using 2nd all together, so it didn'tget too much abuse. Coul dit be the ring that goes around the entire synchro assembly? The one that the shift fork moves.
