What you describe is a clutch slip. I don't know how you came up with the analysis to eliminate the clutch but it is wrong.

ok i just got the news from the transmition place... they said that somehow my stock car ripped apart my clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, and pulled out my input shaft causeing everything to grind down. Cosidering i had this place give me a new transmition about 15,000 miles ago when i had my spec III put in. I think they fucked something up

What did your Pilot bearing look like?
If that failed , That could cause all them Problems you just described.

I'd definitely be on them over that if they did the clutch install. A new trans will run you 1800.00. If a professional shop did the install they should have inspected the pilot bearing and slave cylinder during the installation and replaced them if necessary.

Hey man, New clutch put in yesterday by shop, spec stage 3 Plus, same thing happens to me when try to accelerate in fourth and fifth gear. 1-3 seems ok. It shakes a bit and goes but slower then usual. Also exhaust note seems a little muffled. I probly put 50 miles on it so far. Should I take it back before I tear soemthing up? what shoud I tell them is the problem.
Please help.
thanks
