Default SPEC Clutch

So Im pretty sure my clutch is dead. I wanted to know your guys opinions on a SPEC Star Stage 1 Clutch... Its 270 bucks and I plan on staying stock for a LONG time. It fits the HP/Trq requirements, but it seems sort of cheap. Thanks guys.

Im wondering what else I would need to buy to install and run ? Or is that ready?

I would say that it would work in your case, but I would look into a 2 or a 3 if you are going to go with Spec.

If your clutch is shot, you are probably gonna be looking at a flywheel too...which does not come with that setup. That is why it is so cheap.

stage one is prettymuch a stock replacement. as long as your staying stock and driving like most do, you won't have a problem. as long as you haven't toasted the flywheel, it might be able to be resurfaced.

we have a guy running around town with headers, catback, and a lid thats running the stage 1 and he is not nice to it

If you're staying stock, you would just need to get the FW refaced at a machine shop.
